Best Accommodations Around The World

Travel Resources – Best Accommodations Around The World

So far, I traveled to a lot of places! Especially on my road trips, I slept in various hotels, AirBnBs, hostels, and other accommodations! Some of them I turned around on the doorstep and ran as fast as I could! Others, I thought, “ok, it’s only one night”! But some of them I really really really loved! I enjoyed my stay that much that I started to add them to my wishlist, just in case I want to go back one day! And because I don’t want to keep them a secret, I put together a list with the best accommodations worldwide! I hope you’ll find the perfect place to stay for your next dream vacation!

The Very Best Accommodations All Over The World

The below list includes ALL my favorite places and will be updated regularly! When I stayed somewhere, I did love it and thought I could recommend it to you!

Best Accommodations In Canada

Niagara Falls – Sheraton On The Falls

Why do I love it? Not only Sheratons, in general, have fantastic service and huge rooms, and beds. But the Sheraton On The Falls overlooks Niagara Falls, the USA, and the horseshoe falls on the Canadian side! Even more beautiful during nighttime when both falls are illuminated with various colors!

Best Accommodations In Cuba

Cayo Santa Maria – Grand Memories

Why do I love it? If you’re looking for a little bit of luxury to spoil yourself with epic ocean and beach views, the Grand Memories is the right place! The rooms are so lovely, you have your butler who you can tell everything you might need or want, and he’ll take care of it! WiFi is available in the rooms, and WiFi cards you can buy in the lobby for the standard price of 1 CUC per hour! The all-inclusive drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets are full of all kinds of dishes, traditional ones, as well as healthy options.

A dream in Cuba! The Grand Memories on Cayo Santa Maria in Cuba, is one of the best and also of my favorite hotels! You don't know where to stay? This is it! #travel #caribbean

Playa Larga – Casa Alexis y Dignora

Why do I love it? It’s called a hostel, but the standard is like a hotel! Just renovated in 2018, with the newest bar. Free WiFi in all rooms! The optional dinner is freshly caught and cooked! Alexis and Dignora are lovely hosts! And all this for a budget-friendly price!

Best Accommodations In Ireland

County Clare – Ennistymon – Falls Hotel & Spa

Why do I love it? Well, the name already says it all… The falls, the hotel, the spa! Falls Hotel & Spa might not be the most budget-friendly hotel. Nevertheless, if you know me, I don’t care about the money when I’m looking to spoil myself a bit! And this hotel is the perfect one for having a couple of days recharging yourself with an excellent hotel experience, fantastic treatments, relaxing ways to spend some time in the spa, or wandering around like watching the falls.

It’s located in Salthill, a bit outside of Galway, Ireland, and about a 20-minute walk to the city center of Galway! A bit longer when you choose to go to the Salthill promenade first and walk to the city alongside the beach!

Why do I love it? Motel One is a chain hotel with a worldwide standard! The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a modern design! The service is brilliant!

Scotland – Edingburgh – Motel One

Why do I love it? The standard you can expect is the same as in all other Motel One hotels. And here in Edinburgh, I especially love it because of the location. Just about 50 meters across from the Airlink stop and all of the sightseeing bus tour starting pointsIt’s’s located in the heart of Edinburgh. The Royal Mile is only one block away, and the Edinburgh castle is only a 10-1minutes’s’ walk away!

Utah – Moab – Camping Under Canvas, Moab, UT

Why do I love it? Because Camping Under Canvas is an adventure, especially for people like me, who usually don’t like to camp or sleep in a tent! You have an oven, which needs to be fired to keep you warm. You can do it by yourself, or you can ask one of the hosts to start the fire! Depending on which tent you booked, you can have a king-size bed in your tent as well as a shower and toilet. The best is probably the sunrise over the desert of Moab!
